HTC Desire announced-features Android 2.1 with Sense

HTC Desire has debuted today officially by making desires of many a reality. Its an Android 2.1 powered phone with HTC Sense. It has 3.7-inch capacitive AMOLED screen at 480×800 pixels, with 1GHz Snapdragon processor, it has a trackpad below its screen. If we take a look at its physical aspects it has four buttons at the bottom that are physical — not capacitive as on the Nexus One. These buttons are meant to perform functions that are, Home, Menu, Back and Search. Check out the full specs here

Bad news for those of you hoping for an American release because the HTC Desire is a European/Asian device at the moment, sporting the 900 and 2100 bands for 3G. It will be available in March.
