iPhone OS 3.1.3 is Live now!

Apple has just released iPhone 3.1.3, Its an OS update that will update your iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPhone 2G, iPod touch G1, iPod touch G2, and iPod touch 3G. You can update your device by connecting your it to iTunes as then it would ask you to update your current software. As seen, not many changes have been made to the OS itself but some fixes have been made and detected bugs have been removed.

Some updates that have been made in this release are:

  • Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS
  • Resolves issue where third party apps would launch some instances
  • Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana Keyboard

Note: Users having jailbroken or unlocked iPhone should avoid the update otherwise they may lose the capability of jailbreaking or unlocking, wait for the new jailbreaking and unlocking tools before updating your device otherwise you will have to face the consequences.
