It looks like Apple is having bad luck these days. Antenna issue has affected Apple badly and now a report from Library of Congress shakes out for Apple. The main point of the report is that users can jailbreak and unlock there electronic devices. Its totally opposite to what Apple said previously that that Jailbreaking is illegal under the DMCA.

According to new government rules announced Monday:

Owners of the iPhone will be able to break electronic locks on their devices in order to download applications that have not been approved by Apple. The government is making that legal under new rules announced Monday….Another exemption will allow owners of used cell phones to break access controls on their phones in order to switch wireless carriers.

Apples latest product i.e iPhone 4 will now be available in 17 more countries as it was promised last month that it will reach in 18 more countries but south Korea has been facing some further delays. So from this Friday the people of 17 more countries will be able to buy iPhone 4. Apple spokesman said in his press conference that

Beginning this Friday, customers can purchase iPhone 4 in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. iPhone 4 will be available for purchase through Apple’s retail and online stores and Apple® Authorized Resellers.

Apple has announced the further delay to the new white iPhone 4, which would have surely ruined the dreams of all iPhone 4 white lovers. According to highly placed source of CultofMac T-Mobile USA and Apple are in the last stages of an iPhone agreement. The source told that there are 80% chances of iPhone for T-Mobile in Q3. According to reports Apple’s exclusive contract with AT&T is going to end this year. So, there are many chances that Apple offer iPhone to other cellular companies.

Design
