Android 2.2 Froyo is all over the place and with its exciting new features its an update that is must for everyone to perform. If you have a Nexus One phone with either a root on the stock Android 2.1, or with the HTC Desire ROM then you can use this short guide to load your phone with the goodness of Android 2.2 Froyo.

The guys from XDA-Developer forum have found something that we can call HTC Mondrian Windows Phone 7. Windows Phone 7 OS ROM that was leaked last week has given us the above image of a phone that is said to have a 1.3GHz Snapdragon processor. The picture above is an image extracted from the “oemavatar.cab”.

We have a good news for the Android lovers as the latest Android phone has an option that many of us would be looking for. The thing is that we can turn of the HTC Sense UI. AndroidCentral have posted a screenshot of a page that features the detailed specs of HTC Incredible phone and whats hot is that the phone would be coming to Verzion as well. The processor is a Qualcomm 8650 Snapdragon at 1GHz, there’s 8GB of storage space on board, with WiFi 802.11n. The phone has 512 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM. As you might have read Verizon has finally given Android 2.1 update to its users. You might have got the notification but in case you haven’t here is the way to do it. Android central has written the following procedure that will help you in updating your Droid to Android 2.1.

Motorola and Verizon as reported have given the official Android 2.1 update for Droid. A lot of people have received the notification that is asking them to upgrade. If you have not received it yet don’t worry cause you will get the notification soon. Here’s what you get with the update (which, to be specific is AP: ESE81/BP: C_01.3E.03P):

Zooomer is an app developed by Bernd.M.Walter. Its an app for HTC HD2 that enables you to “pinch to zoom” in the programs you want. The software scans all .exe on the device.
